Would you like to return products? Please note the following conditions:

• We accept returns of delivered, unused goods within 8 working days, in their original packaging.
• We accept returns of delivered, unused goods within 1 month with a 10% return fee, provided they are undamaged and in their original packaging.
• The working day after the dispatch date at HBI is decisive in this regard.
• Delivered, unused goods that were delivered more than 1 month ago can be returned under certain conditions.
  HBI reserves the right to assess the products first and determine the return costs afterwards.
• Used goods will not be taken back or credited. 
• Specially assembled batteries that are not available on our website will not be taken back.
• Only repairs can be submitted to us directly by the user.
• All items must be properly packaged before submission.
• Batteries must be given extra protection against short circuits.
• Request an RMA form via sales@hbi-lighting or by telephone on +31 46 47 56 572. Goods can only be returned in combination with this form.
  This form must be completed in full and returned together with the goods.
• The RMA form provided is valid for 14 days after the date of issue.
